Due to an oversight on my part, houses that Fell did not decrease the Houses Owned counter, and players were left unable to place new houses for the contest.

I've extended the Event by one day, so you now have until the end of Monday to get your Home ready to be reviewed. :)

Record New Accounts!

200 accounts have been activated in only two weeks of Britannian Legacy Beta. Thank you everyone who's signed up and brought their friends. Please do not stop playing, though!

I know lots of people are dishearted with my strict policy on not allowing characters or millions of gold to flow over from Beta into Release, but I think everyone knows that its really for the best.

That is not to say that Beta Testers will not be rewarded! I've always advocated that at least the best and the longest-playing of the Beta Testers will receive some kind of compensation... but I wont say what. ;)

Also, I'd like to point out that during Beta, the staff will be running Events & Quests. This will help to train our staff to run these types of things in Release, as well as provide Beta Testers with some unexpected fun. :) Of course, winners or champions of these Events will be rewarded during Beta, and chances are they'll be rewarded in Release as well.

So read down one news post: we have an event coming up!

BL Beta: First Official Event

Saturday, April 10th will mark the First Official Event for BL Beta. The Event will be posted in the Message Of The Day as soon as Friday Evening, and will run through all of Saturday and Sunday. The event will conclude at midnight, Sunday night.

The event will require a character with a house. The size of the house does not matter, per say. More details in the MOTD.

The winner of the event will receive (at least) a 7xGM character to use for the rest of beta, tailored to his/her choice. (If there are any carry-overs from Beta to Release, this person may or may not receive additional Release Rewards)
